Selling Home? Refinancing?
When you are approaching the date where you are closing on your home, your attorney, realator, or lender will require a paid assemet letter. The letter includes the information required for closing and shows that you are up to date on all invoices or the outstanding balance. In addition, it notes our current insurance provider, annual dues, etc.

Around the house...
A signed/approved home improvment form is required for certain projects that you plan to perform around your home before obtaining a permit from the village. Specifically, pool installations and fence installations require approval. Please submit the request using the current form, and include the specifications and vendor information.

New Form of Energy...
Solar panels are increasingly being installed on home properties in our area. A few years ago, the GPHOA passed an addendum in line with the state of Illinois' regulations preventing Homeowners Associations from rejecting the use of Solar Panels. The addendum passed is utilized to ensure that property owners verify a reputable installer is used and are aware of the expectation of maintenance of their roofs.
Please review the Solar Panel Amendment and Policy found on the Association Documents page.
