A signed/approved home improvment form is required for certain projects that you plan to perform around your home before obtaining a permit from the village.  Specifically, pool installations and fence installations require approval.

Solar panels are increasingly being installed on home properties in our area.  A few years ago, the GPHOA passed an addendum in line with the state of Illinois' regulations preventing Homeowners Associations from rejecting the use of Solar Panels.  The addendum passed is utilized to ensure that property owners verify a reputable installer is used and are aware of the expectation of maintenance of their roofs.
